Mental and physical constriction can be one of the clearest ways that you undermine yourself and your mission, and in that way, despite what people often like to believe, there is no personal and professional separation.
I have travelled the world learning some of the most effective modalities for change. Over the years they have completely transformed my life, giving me a deep felt experience of what can be achieved and allowing me to combine them into a powerful, flexible and highly bespoke modality that I use in transformational ways with my clients and organisations around the globe.
In releasing these patterns we free up mental and physical energy which creates the deepest and fullest personal freedoms, improving all areas of life and work.

Cognitive Hypnotherapy
Cognitive Hypnotherapy integrates neuroscience, psychology, and the power of trance to help you shift limiting patterns at their source — enhancing clarity, performance, relational abilities and authentic leadership. It works with the understanding that we are already operating in trance — everyday states shaped by the stories, habits, and beliefs that run beneath our conscious awareness. Developed by Trevor Silvester at The Quest Institute, this is a modern, integrative approach that brings together hypnosis, NLP, positive psychology and cognitive science to help you gently release those patterns and reconnect with the deeper intelligence of your unconscious mind. This work recognises that every person’s inner world is unique, and therefore no two sessions are ever the same. Through conversational guidance, tailored language, and focused attention, you are supported to dissolve limiting patterns and open to greater clarity, freedom and self-trust. Rather than being “put under,” you are guided into a natural state of inner focus where insight and transformation occur organically. The process is collaborative and intuitive — designed to help you de-hypnotise from old conditioning and create new, empowering ways of being that support your fullest expression in life and leadership.
WordWeaving™ - Language Patterns for Change
Wordweaving™ is a language pattern modality, derived from NLP, that starts with a person, or group's model of the world and leads towards positive difference. WW ensures that the changes are highly effective and long-lasting. Additionally, learning these principles can super-charge your teaching, your speeches and the written word.
Eye Movement Integration (EMI)
Eye Movement Integration (EMI) is a gentle yet powerful process for releasing emotional blocks and re-patterning how the mind stores past experiences. By guiding the eyes through specific movements, EMI engages multiple areas of the brain—helping old memories, emotions, and beliefs reorganise naturally. Rather than analysing or re-living the past, this approach allows the nervous system to integrate what was once stuck. Clients often describe feeling calmer, lighter, and more resourceful, as if a weight has lifted. Originally developed by Steve and Connirae Andreas, EMI draws on similar neuroscience to EMDR, using eye movements to support emotional regulation and whole-brain integration. It can be used to resolve trauma, anxiety, or limiting patterns—and to enhance focus, confidence, and clarity in both personal and professional life.
